Starting your journey with Bellwether is simple and stress-free. We begin with a comprehensive evaluation conducted together, in-person, or through our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. During this initial assessment, we take time to understand your specific needs, goals, and lifestyle. Following evaluation, we develop a customized treatment plan that fits seamlessly into your routine. Sessions are scheduled at your convenience with your choice of private office-based services or virtual in your home. . Between sessions, we provide home practice activities and family education to maximize progress. Regular progress monitoring ensures we're always moving toward your goals, with treatment plans adjusted as you grow. Our choice of in-person or virtual format means consistent therapy even when life gets complicated.
